WORKING PRINCIPLE:

High resolution inkjet printer mainly use thin film resistors to instantly heat the ink in the ink ejection area

(instantly heated to above 300°C) to form countless tiny bubbles.

The bubbles gather into large bubbles at an extremely fast speed and expand, forcing ink droplets to be ejected from the nozzle to form the required text, numbers, and barcodes.
