How to maintain the inkjet printer under low temperature conditions in winter

The temperature change in late autumn and early winter is large, thetemperature is still relatively comfortable a few days ago, it may suddenlybecome very cold, it is not suitable for people, so is the printer. Before thecold winter coming, it is best to work on a comprehensive maintenance to theinkjet printer.

1. The printer ink path filter and fan filter both need to bethoroughly cleaned and the ratio between ink and solvent also requires to beadjusted.

2. Check the performance of cooling fan, ink master pump, recoverypump, solenoid valve and ink path sensor is stable and reliable or not ,proceed with maintenance, repair or alternation if necessary.

3. If the temperature of the place where the printer is placed isrelatively low, it is necessary to turn on the machine in advance or turn onthe air conditioner or heating devices before use, try to control the ambienttemperature and humidity, and increase the temperature appropriately ifnecessary.

4. At the same time, check whether the cooling system and ink pathsystem are unblocked. Because the inkjet printer will expand and shrink when itis cold, the tube joint will sometimes leak ink, please replace the ink tube ifany.

5. Check the tightening joint of ink tube to prevent ink leakage.

6.Clean the ink remnant on the machine surface and nozzle of the inkjet printer,the dust on the power supply, the circuit board and other accessories to ensurethe inkjet printer working well.
